The Sahodaya Sports Complex (west) Competition was buzzing with excitement as young players competed in the recent Carrom and Chess Championships on 10 May,2024. In the U-14 Boys Carrom category, Chirag and Gursimar clinched gold, while Sugam Jain and Harnoor secured the top spot in the U-17 Boys Carrom division.

Yogesh and Devansh claimed silver in the U-19 Boys Carrom event, while Gursimrat Kaur and Jasmeen Kaur bagged bronze in the U-17 Girls Carrom category. Harshin Kaur and Khushpreet Kaur also impressed, earning bronze in the U-19 Girls Carrom division.

Switching to Chess, Anubhav Jain, Rishit Jain, Praneel Tangri, and Udit Jain dominated the U-19 Boys category, winning gold. Samaira, Pavani, Kamal, and Niharika shone in the U-14 Girls Chess division, securing gold.

Arshiya Jain, Navleen Kaur, Sukhmanveer Kaur, and Avanaya displayed their talent in the U-17 Girls Chess category, earning bronze.

It was a day of marvellous victories and acclamations.
