Nurturing Future Stewards of the Environment: Peace Public School's Plantation Drive!!!
On Sunday, July 14th, Peace Public School proudly participated in a plantation drive organized by the Sambhav Foundation at Agwarh Rahla, Jagraon. The initiative aimed to promote environmental sustainability and community involvement.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from approximately 130 individuals, including our dedicated management members, teachers, staff, and around 100 students. Among the notable participants was Mrs. Sumangla Jain, whose presence underscored our commitment to environmental conservation.
During the drive, around 150 plants were planted on-site, and an additional 150 plants were distributed to participants to be planted at their homes. This successful event highlighted our school community's dedication to preserving nature and instilling a sense of responsibility in our students. The plantation drive not only made a positive impact on the environment but also reaffirmed our commitment to making a meaningful difference in the world.
