GOVINDA AALA RE AT PEACE....

Vrindavan seemed to have descended on the plush floors of Peace Public School on Thursday Morning. The occasion was the celebration of Kanhaiya’s or Lord Krishna’s birth –Janmashtami.

The reverence began with the echo’s of “Haati Ghoda Paalki, Jai Kanhaiya Lal Ki…..” Maa Yashoda was showered with adulations by the village belles or ‘Gopikas’ who outpoured their emotions by dancing their hearts out.

The naughty Kanhaiya with a ‘peetambar’ and a ‘morpankh’ adorned, came with a twinkle in his eye. The tunes of his melodious flute mesmerized each soul in the school premises and everyone looked spellbound as they witnessed the marvel of Balgopal.

At the end, bhog was distributed among all the students, teachers and other staff members.
