Login Assistance

If you are having trouble logging into your account, try the following steps:

  1. Click Login in the top menu.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Log In.
  4. If a security warning pops up, click Yes.
  5. On the left side menu bar, click Online Access.
  6. The first time you login you will see the Terms & Conditions.
  7. Read the Terms & Conditions and click I Agree.
  8. You should now be in the Online Access home.

Note: Kaplan IT Training’s registration system is case sensitive so please capitalize letters where appropriate and eliminate spaces. Sometimes a space is captured when cutting and pasting, so try typing the username and password.

Changing Your Password

  1. Login with the username and password supplied to you.
  2. You will be brought to the products page.
  3. Scroll down until you see Additional Info on the left side menu bar.
  4. From the drop-down menu, select My Account.
  5. You can now change your password and click Update Account.
